These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyFuelDeals ("we", "our", "us") products, including our website, mobile applications, and fueling services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering, you confirm that you represent a qualified driver, owner-operator, or fleet management company operating within the United States.
Our services are offered on a subscription basis. Payment is collected securely via Stripe on a monthly basis. If you choose a fixed-term plan, you agree to maintain the subscription for the 12-month period. Early cancellations on fixed-term plans are subject to a cancellation fee equal to three months of service.
All fuel transactions are prepaid through your MyFuelDeals virtual wallet. We do not offer credit billing. If fuel is not dispensed due to technical issues at the pump, your funds will be returned to your wallet within 1–48 hours. Refunds are not available for completed fuel purchases.
You are responsible for keeping your pump activation codes secure. Codes are unique to your account and must not be shared. Suspicious activity, such as unauthorized code use, may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
We may terminate or suspend your account without notice for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or payment issues. In such cases, funds in your wallet may be held pending review.
All content on the MyFuelDeals platform, including branding, interface elements, and code, is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or distribute our services without permission.
MyFuelDeals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to fuel pricing errors or pump station availability.
Our data collection and usage practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. California residents may exercise rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
