Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time to fit your business needs.

• Do I get discounts at every fuel station?

We have over 1,800+ fuel stations nationwide, covering almost every major truck stop. Customers can use the Fuel Stations Search page on our website or mobile app to find discounted locations.

• What’s the difference between in-network and out-network stations?

In-Network Stations are part of our partnered fuel chains, offering exclusive fuel discounts and lower transaction fees. Out-Network Stations do not offer discounts, but our users can still fuel there using the app.

• How do I pay for fuel?

Before purchasing fuel, you need to deposit funds into your MFD virtual wallet using one of the following methods:

• Zelle – Instant transfer
• ACH – 1-3 business days
• Wire Transfer – 1-3 business days

• Do you check my credit report?

No! Everyone is approved—we do not perform credit checks. Simply deposit funds and start saving on fuel.

• How do I know if a fuel station accepts MFD?

You can use the Fuel Stations Search Tool in our app or website to find participating stations. The app will also show real-time discounted fuel prices at each location.

• What happens if I pre-authorize more fuel than I actually use?

No worries! If you pre-authorize a fuel amount but pump less than expected, the remaining balance is instantly refunded to your MFD wallet.
